DELIVERY

We deliver orders within the European Union and to selected countries outside its borders. International shipping costs are calculated at the stage of finalizing the order. If your country is not on the list when placing the order, please contact us at contact@tea-ceramics.com.

You can use the following delivery methods: DHL courier (PLN 30), DPD courier (PLN 30), InPost parcel locker (PLN 20). If you choose InPost and your parcel locker is not on the list, go back to the first step and enter the number or address of the desired parcel locker in the order notes.

ORDER PROCESSING TIME

We ship orders every working day. From the moment the payment is posted, your order will be sent within 48 hours at the latest. During the holiday season, the processing time may be extended to several days. You can pay for your order in two ways:

Traditional bank transfer. Account number: 02 1020 1068 0000 1102 0349 3152. In the transfer title, provide the order number.

Online electronic transfer (Przelewy24)

 

If you want your order to be processed faster, use online electronic transfers (Przelewy24). The payment will be recorded immediately, and we will prepare your order for shipping faster.

We wait 5 business days for payment. After this time, the order will be canceled.
