This privacy policy of the online store is for informational purposes, which means that it does not constitute a source of obligations for service recipients or customers of the online store.

The personal data of the Service Recipient and the Customer are processed in accordance with applicable law, in particular in accordance with the general regulation on the protection of personal data no. 2016/679 („RODO”)

The Administrator takes special care to protect the interests of data subjects, and in particular ensures that the data collected by him/her is processed in accordance with the law; collected for specified, lawful purposes and not subject to further processing incompatible with these purposes; substantively correct and adequate in relation to the purposes for which it is processed and stored in a form enabling the identification of data subjects for no longer than is necessary to achieve the purpose of processing.

 

The purpose and scope of data collection and the recipients of data

Each time, the purpose, scope and recipients of data processed by the Administrator result from the actions taken by the Service User or Customer in the online store. For example, if the Customer chooses personal collection instead of courier delivery when placing an order, their personal data will be processed for the purpose of concluding and implementing the sales contract but will no longer be made available to the carrier carrying out shipments on behalf of the Administrator.

Possible purposes of collecting personal data of Service Users or Customers by the Administrator:

Conclusion and implementation of a sales contract or contract for the provision of electronic services (e.g. Account).

Direct marketing of the administrator's own products or services.

Possible recipients of personal data of online store customers:

In the case of a Customer who uses the delivery method by post or courier in the online store, the Administrator provides the Customer's collected personal data to the selected carrier or intermediary carrying out the shipment at the request of the Administrator.

In the case of a Customer who uses electronic payment or payment card payment in the online store, the Administrator makes the collected personal data of the Customer available to the selected entity handling the above payments in the online store.

The Administrator may process the following personal data of Service Users or Customers using the online store: first name and last name; e-mail address; contact telephone number; delivery address (street, house number, apartment number, postal code, city, country), address of residence/business/registered office (if different from the delivery address). In the case of Service Users or Customers who are not consumers, the Administrator may additionally process the company name and tax identification number (NIP) of the Service User or Customer.

Providing personal data referred to in the point above may be necessary to conclude and perform a sales contract or an electronic service contract in an online store. Each time, the scope of data required to conclude an agreement is indicated in advance on the website of the online store and in the regulations of the online store.

 

Cookies and operational data

Cookies are small text information in the form of text files, sent by the server and saved on the side of the person visiting the online store website (e.g. on the hard drive of a computer, laptop, or on the memory card of a smartphone - depending on the device used by the visitor to our online store).

The provision of personal data by the Service Recipient or Customer is voluntary, however, failure to provide the personal data indicated on the website of the online store and in the regulations of the online store, which are necessary for the conclusion and implementation of the sales agreement or the agreement for the provision of electronic services, results in the impossibility of concluding said agreement.

The basis for processing the personal data of the Service Recipient or the Customer is the need to perform the contract to which they are a party or to act at their request before entering it. In the case of data processing for the purpose of direct marketing of the Administrator's own products or services, the basis for such processing is (1) the prior consent of the Service Recipient or the Customer or (2) the fulfillment of legally justified purposes implemented by the Administrator (in accordance with art. 23 sec. 4 of the Personal Data Protection Act, a legally justified purpose is in particular direct marketing of the Administrator's own products or services).

 

The right to control, access and correct the content of your data

The Service Recipient or Customer has the right to access the content of their personal data and to correct them.

Every person has the right to control the processing of data concerning them, contained in the Administrator's data set, and in particular the right to: request the supplementation, updating, rectification of personal data, temporary or permanent suspension of their processing or their deletion.

If the Service Recipient or Customer grants consent to the processing of data for the purpose of direct marketing of the Administrator's own products or services, the consent may be withdrawn at any time.

If the Administrator intends to process or processes the data of the Service Recipient or Customer for the purpose of direct marketing of the Administrator's own products or services, the data subject is also entitled to (1) submit a written, reasoned request to cease processing of his or her data due to his or her special situation or to (2) object to the processing of his or her data.
