We always carefully secure the shipment. Please make sure that the product returns to us undamaged. You can send it back in the same packaging it was delivered in.

Returns:

After receiving the shipment, we will process your return and send the money to the bank account you indicated in the form. This will usually be done within three business days of the products being delivered.

Complaints:

After a positive consideration of the complaint, we will contact you regarding the replacement of the goods or refund.
